We install and service more than lighted and unlighted business signs.  We manufacture, install and service church signs, school signs, apartment signs, park signs, governmental signs, architectural signs, etc; interior signs as well as exterior signs.

No matter what type of sign we are installing or servicing, channel letters, a wall cabinet sign, a monument sign, pole signs, electronic message centers, pylon signs, or other signs all of our components will be new.

All fasteners will be galvanized or non-corrosive.

To additionally insure safety and quality, manufacturing, installations, and service  are supervised by a Master Sign Electrician, Master Electrician, and Licensed Sign Erector.  Licensed Company Sign Installers and Licensed Electricians are also utilized.

All excess dirt and rock will be hauled away and disposed of properly if required.

At the end of installation or service the work area is always left in a broom-clean condition.

We are virtually the only sign company in any of the 97 "Metroplex" cities multi-licensed to manufacture and install signage as well as provide electrical service.

Signs Manufacturing can be totally responsible for installing, wiring, and maintaining your signage (and lighting), if you choose.

Our family’s electrical, electronic, computer programming, and IT backgrounds often prove invaluable to our customers, particularly those with or desiring Electronic-Message-Centers.  We can write/modify computer programs in many languages.

If there is a problem, our radio-dispatched service vehicles, cranes, and ladder trucks keep signs and lighting working and advertising for you.

The State of Texas requires by law that all companies and individuals installing or maintaining electric signs and/or neon have a license.

It is a State criminal offense to even offer to install or service an electric sign without an appropriate license.

To obtain a State license all individuals must meet experience, testing, standards of professional conduct, and continuing education requirements.

To obtain a State Sign Contractor’s License the company must be represented by a Master Sign Electrician (12,000 hours of training minimum), all electrical workers must be licensed, lead-men Journeymen must have a minimum of 8,000 hours training, the company must carry insurance to protect their customers, and they must comply with Texas’ Workers’ Compensation Insurance laws.  All work performed must meet minimum standards.  The business must be operated in an honest and professional manner.

Many companies, who cannot meet the State’s licensing requirements, work under the lesser licensing requirements of individual cities and communities.  Some require no training or experience, or insurance, only the payment of a fee!  They can only work in that location, however.

Our State Sign Contractor's License #’s are: TSCL18015, and TSCL18016.

We employ Certified Welders.  Horizontal, vertical, and overhead.

We are virtually the only sign company in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex employing certified welders.

Our installations are safer.

We are often asked this question.

"When I have electrical power run to the sign should I have a photo cell or a timer installed to turn it on and off?"

We recommend both!

A photo cell works OK if you want your sign on all night.

A timer works OK if you don’t want your sign ever to be on during the day – even if it is cloudy and dark out.

What works best is both.  The photo cell turns the sign on any time it is dark enough for the lighting to draw customer's attention, the timer keeps it from being on from say 11 to 6 in the morning when there is no one around to attract their attention!

Electricity is only used when it will help your business.

We furnish our customers a "Grand Opening Package" featuring a free 4' x 5' parking lot "Coming Soon" free-standing portable sign to attract attention while their sign is being constructed.

We can also supply banners and pendants.

"Coming Soon" and/or "Grand Opening" Banners, pendants (small plastic flags on a rope), and portable signs are very good ideas if your landlord and City allow them.

Almost every City requires an additional Sign Permit for banners and portable signs, and allows their use for one month four times a year.  Most cities do not allow pendants.

We will file for your Portable Sign, banner, and pendant permits for free while we are filing for your major sign permit.  See our "Permits & Approvals" page.  We only charge for the actual cost of the City permits.

Almost no City allows banners to be placed on existing free-standing signs, fences, or between light poles.
